All delegates who register for EuroCALL Conference 2018 must be members of EuroCALL or affiliated organizations (CALICO/JALTCALL/IALLT). Please note that all membership IDs will be verified by the organizers before the registration is finalized.

Please note that it is not possible to save data in the registration form, and that registration and payment must be completed in one session.

Notes to the organizers

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please remember to book your accommodation. Further details on the pricing and hotel reservations can be found here: Accommodation section of the Conference website.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with requests for registration refunds must be received in writing on or before 1st July. A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to refund requests by the deadline given, eventual bank charges will also be deducted. The refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadlines nor will they be given for failure to attend or unattended events. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed within 30 days that refund is approved. Please contact the secretariat at eurocall2018@jyu.fi regarding all cancellations.

Payment method

Following payment methods are available: most common credit cards, PayPal, MobilePay and online bank payment for Finnish customers.

After completing the form, click the "Submit" button to send your registration details to the organizers. After confirming your registration information, you can move to the payment system to pay the registration fee.
